Shipping policy

Shipping is free for any orders over $75!

We ship USPS first class/priority mail/ground advantage, UPS or FedEx depending on item size and order quantity. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days (excluding holidays), unless an item in your order was noted as a pre-order item. If you have a pre-order item in your order - all items will wait to be shipped until the pre-order item is ready. If you need regular items sooner, please make 2 separate checkouts so shipping is separated.

As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information for your orders during the checkout process. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct to ensure proper delivery. 

After your order has been assigned a tracking number and scanned in through the carrier, Wildflower Soul is not responsible for any lost packages or issues with delivery. You as the customer must contact the carrier to resolve these issues. 

If you need to make any changes to your order(s) please contact hello@shopwildflowersoul.com by 8am CST the following day. Please include your name, order number and item details in your email. If an item needs to be canceled before it has shipped, the refund will automatically go back to a Wildflower Soul account credit.

We do monitor cancellation activity for abuse and can limit cancellation capabilities at any time.
