Refund policy
At Wildflower Soul, we want you to love every single item you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any regular priced item(s) for a full refund. The return request must be completed within 5 days from the date your package was delivered to you. Your return package must be dropped off within 3 days of completing the request, either with the mail carrier or in-store for local drop off. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
All items on sale or purchased at a discounted price are marked as final sale and are not eligible for a refund. *Jewelry, cosmetics, grab bags and mystery items are also final sale items*
Item(s) must be unworn, unused and in the original condition it was received with all tags still attached. There must be no signs that the item(s) has been worn or used such as, but not limited to, defects, smells, pet hair or stains.
Returns will be refunded as Wildflower Soul Boutique account credit.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label which will be provided when processing your return request.
We try to do our best to complete returns as soon as we receive them but please allow up to 3 business days for processing! We do monitor return activity for abuse and can limit return capabilities at any time.
